Teen Pilates

Teenagers at Bodywise Pilates can take part in a specifically targeted class for their needs - teenagers, you will benefit from improved posture, greater breathing, more flexibility and improved confidence!    Current timetable has classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays or you can take part in a school holiday programme.

Teen Pilates Holiday Programme

This is a 3 day programme for 12 - 17 year olds that will include:The Basics: principles of Pilates and how to apply them; Reformer routines:  using the Pilates Reformer; Studio Intensive:  Working on the Pilates studio equipment with exercises specifically for your individual needs, whether that is for dance, sport or posture. Each session is approximately 90 minutes, you can join for 1 class, 2 or all 3.  Numbers are limited please book as soon as possible.  Please contact us for details.   Next Teen Pilates Holiday programme is on July  18th, 19th, 20th 1.30 to 3pm. 

NEW: Pilates for Pre-Teens (8 to 12 years) 

A 45 minute pre-teens class for 8 to 12 year olds.  Featuring partner work with fun exercises based around the Pilates principles.  Great to help with balance, body awareness and co-ordination as well as recovery for sore bodies after sports.
