What our clients have to say about us
“de-stressed, re-aligned, stretched & strengthened – that’s what Pilates does for me!” Penny J 2006
I come to Pilates for my sanity, personal enjoyment and 'me-time'. After 2 babies I feel my stomach is flatter now than it was before. I have lost more inches and toned up more with Pilates than running and going to the gym 3 x a week. Fiona, 2011
Pilates is "not just for sheilas", it gives me the flexibility to keep playing golf and tennis, even after two replacement hips. Pilates makes it easy, it has changed my life. Malcolm 2011
Pilates keeps me fit and able to meet the challenges of daily life, at the same time it is relaxing, I feel on top of the world after a class. We always have a laugh in class. Teddy, 2011
“Pilates has made an enormous difference to my enjoyment of tennis. The increased core strength and flexibility mean that I can get into position for each shot faster and I am in a more stable position from which to hit the ball. The result for me is that I am hitting the ball harder and with more accuracy and I am now enjoying the game more than I have for several years.” Peter 2010
I am really pleased with the results of doing the Pilates all year and also the combination of Mat/Total classes. Keep up the good work! Caroline T 2007
Pilates helped me manage 2 to 3 hour runs, the Pilates investment is more worthwhile than physio. My neck & back stiffness are effectively managed, I hardly ever get it and if I do, a Pilates class is a great cure. Pilates has strengthened my core, I can now engage my core when cycling or running uphill and when doing hill repeats. It has made a huge difference to my technique and breathing. Toni L. 2008
I have enjoyed the classes enormously and my back / shoulder / neck aches and pains are much improved. Even my cycling posture has improved so I owe your team a huge thank you. David F 2008
