I am not sure where I should start? No problem, book in for a 1-1 with one of our team and we will take you through the options and advise you what we think will work best for you, given your needs, time availability and budget.
What should I wear? Clothes that you feel comfortable moving in, stretch pants or tights and a t-shirt. No need for shoes, Pilates is done in bare feet, or with socks on if you find that more comfortable.
What should I bring with me for my first session? If you have an exercise mat bring it with you, but we do have some that you can borrow, or buy, if you need to.
How do I pay? You can pay by cash, cheque or via internet banking. We prefer your first payment by cash or cheque, we can then supply you with our bank account details for future payments. Sorry no credit card or eftpos facilities at the moment.
How do I find you? Our studios are in the Remuera Rackets Club, 17 Dilworth Avenue, Remuera. ( off Remuera Road, by Mt Hobson). There is off road parking available during the day, in the evening we are a little busier so allow time to find a car park. We are at the far end of the building, it is a few minutes walk so please arrive early for your first session.
What our clients have to say about us
“de-stressed, re-aligned, stretched & strengthened – that’s what Pilates does for me!”
Penny J 2006I am really pleased with the results of doing the Pilates all year and also the combination of Mat/Total classes. Keep up the good work!
Caroline T 2007Pilates helped me manage 2 to 3 hour runs, the Pilates investment is more worthwhile than physio. My neck & back stiffness are effectively managed, I hardly ever get it and if I do, a Pilates class is a great cure. Pilates has strengthened my core, I can now engage my core when cycling or running uphill and when doing hill repeats. It has made a huge difference to my technique and breathing.
Toni L. 2008I have enjoyed the classes enormously and my back / shoulder / neck aches and pains are much improved. Even my cycling posture has improved so I owe your team a huge thank you.
